I have known Lia for 26 years now. She was my main doctor throughout raising my two children. I've been to many Homeopaths over those years, but I've only met one other Homeopath of her caliber, and he's gone now. I always end up back at her door, or phone, as the case may be. She actually did her biggest work with me in recent years by phone. After 3 years of suffering with all the symptoms many call fibromyalgia, and trying many kinds of doctors in my area including a homeopath, I finally remembered to call her. Sure enough, it took a full year, but she did it. She got me through it. All of those symptoms are gone now. Because of Lia, and her teachings, I managed to get my two children through colds, bumps bruises, flu, chickenpox, etc., all the usual childhood problems, in record speed, with no toxic medications and no trauma. Homeopathy is so wonderful for children. It works quickly and they LIKE it! It tastes good. There is never ever a fight getting a remedy into a child. When my son was approx 3 years old he took a dive, head first, onto the cement floor of a tile store. It was the kind of bump that usually leaves a week-long egg on the forehead. Because of what I had learned from Lia, I knew to keep certain remedies on hand at all times. I scooped him up and quickly gave him rescue remedy and arnica. I repeated that every 15 minutes for the next hour. He never even developed a bruise. However, that's the easy stuff. In-depth homeopathy is not easy at all. To do a constitutional remedy, to uncover and cure layer upon layer of years of unchecked problems is not something for the nonprofessional. It takes a deep understanding of homeopathy combined with a huge index of knowledge to make a good Homeopathic Physician. A really excellent Homeopath goes beyond that, they combine their learning with an instinct, an intuition, and an ability to look and listen without filtering your words through their own pre-conceived ideas. Lia has all of those qualities. Her official title is Nurse Practitioner, but she's more than that. If the definition of a physician is someone who heals, then she's an excellent Physician, PhD or not.
